Mr. Stoebner's Senior Seminar class had a visitor today. Tyreese Goodman, Cass Lake-Bena Class of 2023, fresh out of Marine Boot Camp. He also took time at lunch to visit with other students.

On Monday night, #CLBDebate competed in the DGF Spooktacular Congress. Lisa Goggleye placed 6th just missing bringing home hardware. All of these "princesses" did an outstanding job representing CL-B!
Next week they will be in Bemidji.

#CLBSpeech and Debate got up early today participate in Congressional Debate at Moorhead. New members Mariah Mayberry, Codee Ortiz, Ana Mason, Lisa Goggleye, Sophia Young, and Aiyanna Archambault-Gould leaned from the experience and showed support for Eowyn Post who placed 7th.




Cass Lake-Bena Elementary Book Fair is coming November 6th-10th. Stay tuned for more details.

Diane Mason and 11 students from the ALC traveled to Itasca State Park on October 12th to help with bud capping on trees in the park. The students help to bud cap over 500 trees while at the park. Great job with the bud capping ALC students!

It was a cool night for a run. But these three did fantastic! Congrats to Lily Chessmore 3rd, Aubree Villier 10th and Marcus Washington 7th in their JH races.


This is a reminder that our first parent-teacher conferences are scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday October 4. We are looking forward to learning more about our students and families hopes and dreams. Students will be dismissed following the early out schedule; elementary at 11:40 and HS/MS at 11:55. Conferences are from 1:00 - 7:30. See you then!


Home Ec Sampler and Consumer Foods classes have been busy with this months harvest, apples 🍎
On Tuesday we made Applesauce and Thursday we will use it in our Wild Rice Pancakes instead of oil.

Today was our first grade pull for activities. Any student who is failing has until Monday the 25th at 3:30PM to turn in missing or makeup work . Students must be passing all classes to remain eligible. Tutoring is available after school Mondays -Thursdays. Any questions on grades contact your child's teacher.
